By visiting our Site and/or purchasing physical goods from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Health, Supplement, and Skincare Disclaimer

• Not Medical Advice: The health supplements, skincare products, and information shared on this Site are intended for cosmetic and general wellness purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or skin disease.

• Allergy & Usage Warning: It is the customer's responsibility to read all ingredients carefully before application or consumption to avoid allergic reactions. If irritation or side effects occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from product misuse or unknown personal allergies.

3. Online Store Terms & Payments

• By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or state of residence.

• All online payments are securely processed via Payfast. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order at our sole discretion (e.g., in the event of suspected fraud or pricing errors). If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

4. Pricing and Stock Availability

• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

• Stock availability is managed in real-time via our Ecwid system. In the rare event that an item sells out before the stock system updates, we will notify you immediately to offer a replacement, back-order, or full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery Liability

• We utilize The Courier Guy for door-to-door and locker to locker delivery across South Africa.

• While we make every effort to ensure packages arrive within our estimated 1–5 business day delivery window, we are not liable for external courier delays caused by extreme weather, looting, strikes, or service disruptions.

• Risk of loss and title for the physical products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the courier.

6. Returns & Refunds Policy

      • Due to the sensitive nature of wellness supplements and skincare formulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases if the product's protective seal has been broken or the bottle has been opened or used.

      • Unopened Items (7-Day Cooling Off Period):

      • You may return any completely unopened, sealed product in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full product refund or exchange.

        • Please note: The customer is responsible for the courier fees required to return the unopened package safely back to our warehouse.

      •  Damaged or Defective Items (Consumer Protection Act Compliance):

        • We take great care in packaging our Products to avoid leakages in transit. However, if your item arrives damaged, leaking, or defective:

          • Contact our support team at elementaryhealthskin@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

          • Provide your order number along with clear photographs of the damaged container.

          • We will book a complimentary collection via The Courier Guy and dispatch a brand new replacement product or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

        • Processing & Fulfillment:

          • All orders are processed and packed within 24 to 48 hours of payment clearance via Payfast, however, larger order may take 72 hrs.

          • Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

        • Courier Services & Timelines:

          • We use The Courier Guy for all door-to-door deliveries nationwide.

          • Main City Centers (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria, Durban): Delivery takes 1–3 business days from dispatch.

            • Regional & Outlying Areas: Delivery takes 3–5 business days from dispatch.

          • Rates & Free Shipping Threshold:

            • Main Hubs: Flat rate courier delivery of R90.

            • Outlying/Regional Towns: Flat rate courier delivery of R 160.00.

            • Free Shipping: All orders over R1000.00 automatically qualify for free standard delivery.

      • Tracking Your Package:
        Once your order is collected by The Courier Guy, you will receive an automated email notification containing your waybill tracking link. You can track your order directly on The Courier Guy Website.

7. Electronic Communications (ECT Act Compliance)

• In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, by purchasing through this Site, you consent to receive automated transactional communications from us regarding your order status (such as Order Confirmation and Shipping Updates via Ecwid notifications).

8. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services or Products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
